IGERT PhD Ryan Wallace, who is the Director of the Maine Center for Business and Economic Research at the University of Southern Maine, recently served as an expert witness (on behalf of Avangrid/CMP) under the Maine Public Utilities Commission proceedings for the New England Clean Energy Connect.  He also was  also invited to serve on the advisory board of the Boston Fed's New England Public Policy Center.
