Christian G. Hernández-Negrón is from Puerto Rico where he obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering and B.S. in Land Surveying and Topography from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. Christian earned a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution. He is a PhD student in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at UMass Amherst under Dr. Erin Baker. His interest is interdisciplinary research in renewable energy and decision science field focused on the technological change of power/energy and water systems.
