From there he co-founded and was the first Executive Director of Clean Power Now, a Cape Cod-based grass-roots advocacy group that supported the Cape Wind project and offshore wind generally. Matt later served as Project Manager for Engineering for Cape Wind, and now manages the offshore wind business for WSP, a global engineering firm with over 45,000 employees.
